Membership includes direct access to Dr. Eric by text, email, and phone. During our launch phase, in-person visits are provided through house calls when clinically appropriate. As Ridgeline grows, in-person visits may transition to an office location.
Membership plans begin at $300 per month for adults and $200 per month for children ages 5 through 18. A one-time initiation fee of $500 applies to new memberships. Discounted family plans are also available; please contact us for details.
Every new patient begins with a thorough chart review, comprehensive health assessment, and extensive baseline laboratory testing. This allows us to develop a deeper understanding of your health from the outset. We then create a personalized health-improvement plan, with regular follow-up visits to evaluate your progress and overall well-being. Laboratory fees are billed separately and are not included in the membership fee.
A more comprehensive Metabolic Plan is available for an additional $200 per month for patients interested in GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, or other approaches to metabolic health. This plan includes more frequent check-ins and treatment adjustments designed to support your well-being and minimize side effects during periods of significant metabolic change.
For patients who desire around-the-clock physician access, the Select Plan includes all the services described above, along with 24/7 access to Dr. Eric by phone. Please contact us for Select Plan pricing and availability.
